EasyFlix is a white-label streaming platform. The service you are using is operated under its own brand by a media operator. That operator decides what content is offered and on what terms, and is the controller of your subscriber records.

What this product processes

Identity and contact

Name, email address, phone number and the credentials used to sign in.

Entitlements

Subscriptions, rentals, pay-per-view purchases and promotional codes applied to your account, and their status.

Viewing activity

Titles played, playback position so viewing can resume, watchlist entries and subtitle or language preferences.

Device and diagnostic

Device model and operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP where the operator applies regional availability, streaming quality and error logs.

How long it is kept

Subscriber and entitlement records are retained for as long as the operator requires them and in line with the operator’s obligations. Diagnostic logs are retained for a short operational period.

Also worth knowing

• Payment card details are handled by the payment provider engaged for the service. EasyKount does not store full card numbers.
• Requests about your subscriber record should be made to the operator whose service you subscribe to.
