EasySkul privacy

EasySkul is a school administration platform. A school that subscribes decides what information is entered and how it is used. Parents and teachers use the mobile app to see information the school has published to them.

What this product processes

Identity and contact

Name, email address, phone number, username, role and school, and the credentials used to sign in.

Student records

Admission, attendance, assessment and results, promotion, certificates, and the family and guardian relationships a school records against a student.

Fee records

Fee structures, concessions, amounts due and payment status as recorded by the school.

Communications

Notices, alerts and messages the school sends through the platform, and delivery status.

Device and diagnostic

Device model and operating system, app version, IP address, sign-in events, crash and error logs, and push notification tokens where you enable notifications.

How long it is kept

• EasySkul records information about children. The school is responsible for the notices and permissions required to do so.
• EasyKount does not use student information for targeted advertising, and the apps contain no advertising trackers.
